Is not VAT being removed from batteries from 1st Feb? If so, might be better to wait and save another 20%

Generic no brand 100ah 12v lithium's are headed for the £150 mark by summer based on their fall over the last year imo. Most fair well on teardowns not withstanding dubious temp sensor claims. Probably best to wait until the weather warms up for spring pricing. (edited)

Unlikely. Plus, we already know lead acid batteries weigh far more.

Thanks for qualifying this. I think it should lead to downward price pressures across renewables which will be good.
