    In general, you can use the eSIM with all eSIM-enabled devices.

    Apple Watches, the Huawei Watch 3 Pro, and the Google Pixel 4(a) and 6(Pro) are not supported.

    I disagree entirely. I called them up regarding the lack of HD call quality and their non-support of short-code SMS, and the customer service was EU located, giving me a clear, honest, no-nonsense reply.

    spusu is good.

    Yes I have seen the EU part, all spusu plans include 500 UK to EU minutes and free EU roaming across all countries but I have not found which EU countries are included.

    The following countries qualify for free EU roaming:
    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French territories in the Indian Ocean, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

    Please note that even though Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland are included in the free roaming offer, they are not included for the free international calls and will be charged extra. (edited)

    Nearly went for this earlier this week, it may be the full EE but VOLTE and WiFi calling are only available on Apple and Samsung phones.

    I requested PAC code and received a text but didn't say I have to pay £4 for the cancellation fee?? Not even a month yet....

    I asked via WhatsApp to disable renewal on my eSIM plan (started 18/02/2024) - no charge.

    It looks like the same can be done by texting PAC to 65075:

    “Dear customer,
    Your PAC code for - is -. Your code will expire on 27/03/2024. Your current spusu plan is spusu 5 exclusive. Upon use of the code, your plan will expire on 01/03/2024 and there are no early cancellation fees you will have to pay. You can find out more at https://www.spusu.co.uk/login”

    I need a mobile phone bill (with my name and address)
    Does anyone know if with Spusu, you can download a bill on a PDF form.
    I don't think a screenshot would be accepted.
    If not, has anyone an idea who would do it?

    I’m just slightly curious what you need it for? Because pretty much any organisation that asks for a bill with name and address specifically says they can’t accept a mobile phone bill and it must be for a landline/broadband bill instead, otherwise bank statements, utility bill, council tax bill etc.

    Spusu do send an email with a PDF invoice for the payment due each month. But it’s not specifically an itemised bill or anything. If you want a proper mobile phone bill I’d say sign up to TalkMobile via one of the USwitch deals. They’re cheap, don’t have a credit check, are only 39 day rolling contracts, and you get a proper bill identical to Vodafone customers (just with TM branding)

    Updated: I thought they are not going to charge £4 cancellation fee, and I was wrong.
    Day 1 requested PAC code
    Day 2 untill day 3, I didn't use the PAC code yet because I just want to make sure I'll not receive another email for cancellation fee.
    Day 5, start port in to another network, Day 6, port in successfully.
    Day 7 received Spusu email they will charge £3.60 something
