Really like these pint glasses and plesently surprised with the stout.

There were no beers left in the display section but a bunch of four packs further down the isle.

Let me know if you guys like the beer

For those wondering, it's 4% ABV.

For anyone who has the Guinness Nitrosurge device, if you depressurise the Camden can you can attach the Nitrosurge on it and run it through that for a even smoother drink and creamier head.

I got this from the Kidderminster branch today so most likely national. There were also labels up saying the cans were £5 with a nectar card. They scanned at £6 but the cashier reduced them for me when I flagged it. Oddly the online price doesn’t mention the nectar price so not sure if the labels were meant to be up!

But if you’re in Kidderminster, want the free glass and a quid off the cans go for it!

They were £5 with Nectar card before the free glass offer.

Officially speaking it's £6 with the free glass but as you saw the old label they have to honour the price.

I posted a similar deal some time ago. Sainsbury's store team was so confused about what to do with these glasses that they gave them for free without a beer. And the moderator delisted my deal, saying a very weird explanation. I don't get how local deals work here, seriously (edited)

I think this national though mate - I got mine from a branch in Worcestershire

Camden Stout is decent stuff IMO. Much better than Brewdog Black Heart

Agreed, was pleasantly surprised when I tried it out. Well worth buying for the free glass

God i love a free glass. I'd buy 4 x 440ml cans of pigs p*ss if it came with a free glass. Cheers 🍻

Thanks, been lurking on the app for a while so it's nice to finally have something to post even if it isn't crazy hot!

Can you be accused of stealing the glasses if they are free ?

    Asking for a friend

Haha.....I think they're £5 to buy on their own.

Picked mine up today at Sainsbury's, nice quality glass and well worth the money.

The stout itself is not bad either, it's like a slightly sweeter Guinness, I prefer it over Brewdog Black Heart which is good if you have one or two but the coffee flavour gets a bit much, that's saying something as I like drinking coffee.

Thanks again for posting the deal. (edited)

Picked up the cans and glass, scanned the beer first and it came up as £2.50 for the 4 cans. Added the glass and the price jumped to 7.50, so I took the glass away and just paid the £2.50 for the beer. Nice!

Bargain at £2.50. Just got a pack of 4 and the glass, picked up the 4 pack on other side of aisle first which was showing the £5 Nectar price then saw the glasses display on the other side. Got to the self scan checkout, the glass was discounted from £5 to £0 but beer was £6. Assistant came over and amended price to £5.
    Will try tonight…🤞

I'm curious to know what this is like. Anyone tried it yet?

Tried it this evening and was surprised how nice it was, better than brewdogs stout imo. Even the missus liked it which is rare for a stout, she would only really get on with Guinness

Bought 2 lots last week. Love the glasses but the stout is absolutely vile
    MLAM's avatar
Not as vile as Brewdog Black Heart, now that stuff is rank.

I think all glasses gone now as brewdog glass in place.
