    Works for Xbox too

Would be helpful if added Xbox Series X to the title.

Remember back in the day when we played games for the fun and enjoyable gameplay not just complained about frame rates First one was amazing! This one has my pre order

Still on the fence about this one. The frame rate concerns and vrr window on ps5 is putting me off

The first one was amazing and I played that on the switch!

I suppose everyone who goes to the movies complains about the frame rate there too? The fps madness and uproar from many these days. Jeebus.

You don't play a movie it's the manual spinning of the camera

Looks to be locked at 30fps with no performance mode options on console based on last weeks various preview tests by various review sites...

It's worse, the framerate is unlocked. Framerate is unstable and barely over 30fps.

Good price just a bit dissapointing that only PC can run at 60fps especially that the xbox version apparently is graphically better than the ps5,
    I'll still buy it regardless

Need to complete ff16 first before getting this

Maybe, maybe not so much. Quality drops off precipitously after the midway point - which is a shame as I thought the first half was generally excellent stuff.

Does look a good game this. But it baffles me on a game that looks like it's 10 years old graphically how its got a frame rate in the 20s. Awful development/optimisation. Think it's a PS5 Pro game cause I'm knee deep in Rebirth anyway
    Jase87's avatar
They wanted to make sure it was a true sequel to the first. That regularly tanked to the low 20's on the PS3 too.

Good deal, but I am personally still not pre-ordering.
Also its a single player RPG game. So good chance it will be buggy.
I'll wait for the reviews and the inevitable patches before dipping my toes.

Would love to order but did it for last of us 2 and on release date Curry's said they were out of stock and would be delivered in two weeks...

I had a £30 off a £60 purchase at Very, due to never using my credit limit, every six months or so I get a voucher... Pre-ordered Dragon Dogma 2 a few weeks back, worked out to be £29.99 with free delivery for the PS5.... IMHO I won't even open the game, if upon release the game is mostly 30 FPS, I will sell it on eBay brand new and sealed and maybe buy it on PC in a month or so on the price drops.

30 FPS is a retro framerate in my opinion.

I would of been happy with a performance mode of 900p at 60FPS, as most 4K TVs will do a great job of upscaling the imagine to 4k, I've played plenty of framerate boosted xbox one games, lots of them use 900p at 60fps, they look surprisingly good upscaled.

Anyway worse case scenario, buy it on PC and if I want to play it on the living room TV, I will stream it via the Steam Deck set to output at 4k. (edited)
