This is a pretty decent price. It's one of the 3 actual mini LED LG Qneds. The 866, the 90 and this 916. ALL the rest are just edge lit, the same as almost all their LCD TV's.

Have this TV. Can highly recommend. Got this in September when they discounted it first to around 800 directly from LG. Managed to get it for around £630 with 20% through workplace discount and the little extra they give for members. Even for around £700 I think it's a good bit of kit. (edited)

This has Dolby sound though it’s a old model but the latest QNED TVs seems to me missing Dolby !

From the reviews, it's because (a) the cost, (b) it's extremely difficult for the manufacturer to calibrate each and every panel (c) not many people notice the difference between dv and hdr10+ and the biggest reason given was (d) majority of consumers want a plug & play device and don't have funds to pay a professional to calibrate.

Sony is the best when it comes to out of the box 'dv calibrated tv' and hence, the premium price that they charge.

Love the magic remote on these LG tvs. Never had an issue with em.

I had this. Good colours and features. Smart stuff is quite nice. Better than Samsung. I complained about the screen bleeding issue. They replaced the whole panel. İt was worse than before and I complained again. Got a refund after 1 year in total. Went with Samsung s90c.
