Can I ask, why do people use VPNs like this when there are loads of free options available like Urban VPN
    habylab's avatar
Free ones can sell data, be slower, less servers so more latency, not as secure.

Awesome! Thank you. Been using this for a year now and had $29 deal, now this!

If you have existing subs, cancel in account (dont worry - you still get the year) then go to buy new subscription, scroll right to bottom and pop this promo code in, to get $19.

    Thanks OP!

How does this compare to NordVPN? My sub has just ended and I’m looking for a fast/unlimited VPN as a replacement.
    MDL199's avatar
I find it just as good as Nord in the short time I've had it

    How is this with netflix

    Fine

Won't this be oversubscribed with the amount of sales

    If they didn't prepare, yes

Anyone else with Virgin Media finding Windscribe doesn't work?
Had Express VPN with no issues but since switching to this last time it was posted my IPTV doesn't work? (edited)

I'm with Virgin on 350Mb fibre connection but lucky to get 30 with Windscribe. That's on the Firestick - can get about 200 speed on my phone. On the Firestick I've played with all connection protocols from Wireguard, TCP, manually selecting port etc but still not impressed. I'm getting better speeds with a PIA Vpn albeit not exactly blistering at ~60. Best speeds I've had were with Surfshark (edited)

Given heat for the price but compared to nord you pay for what you get. Windscribe for me i wasnt getting good downloads speeds it struggled no issues with nord solid as a rock.

I bought this last time. I already have VPN Unlimited from a few years ago which has worked well for me. However, Windscribe IMO is more reliable and works better on Firesticks. Well worth £15 a year.

Totally agree. Super easy user interface on this app and absolutely Well worth it for the price. Also I get very fast speeds on this vpn too

My bro's are really pushing this one 🤷🏻‍♂️
Best VPN I've ever used to be fair so no idea why they're looking for business all of a sudden.
    planetf1's avatar
A costly easy choice to buy (I did a few weeks ago) but a prior working in terms of their business

Looks decent. I paid 0.1012 of a Solana for this and I bought the Solana for under £10 last year so it cost me about £1 for a year.
  14. chouglez's avatar
what you pay is what you get!

It’s inconsistent and unreliable in comparison to the top three ( Nord, Express and Surf shark). See article cnet.com/tec…e=1
    marco806's avatar
I have all 3. And windscribe....

Not my real world experience, especially for streaming, where for me, it outperforms the other 3 that you, and that article, mentions. (edited)

Get it while you can - although they seem to be lasting many many days now.

Yeah but I think when the video series stops they will stop doing them. Seems to be like 1000 of them per run cos they are from the YT shorts they been doing

Another VPN deal looks too good to be true $24 for Lifetime crazy
    Any recommendations for FastestVPN?

It's dreadful, I have a lifetime sub with them. Speed suck and often doesn't connect to server/ disconnects. Also, there's no fire tv app
  24. mcek's avatar
So glad I took their 10dollar a year offer a while back. The best VPN I've used for a while, ok for Amazon video when I travel.

    I have installed and used.

Using Chrome. It appears to have slowed down my browsing. Any advice please?

Appear to have fixed it - advise on closing it down on desktop and using the browser plug in. (edited)

Anyone got any tips to provide a better experience?

I get a TCP dial error if I use the Windscribe Windows app with certain websites. I can't seem to find a solution online. I could always contact them of course, but does anyone know how to fix it?

I don't get this error with VPN Unlimited's Windows software, so it does seem unique to them.

Got this on the last deal, struggling to get it to work with torrents. Anyone else have this issue?

My surfshark expires in May. How does Windscribe compare?
  36. qw3rtyhhng's avatar
I can't seem to get past roughly 100mbps on windscribe on android on any protocol, shame but otherwise solid.

    Gerhard_Mueller's avatar
Pakistan is not in the list. Turkey and Ukraine are if that helps

Wake me up when lifetime . Honestly for this price Windscribe is decent . Beyond that dunno why people bother with them
  39. JDUK2020's avatar
Bought as could come in handy. Strangely took from my account without going through my security set up. How did they manage that crikes.
  40. panddda's avatar
Probably a stupid question but I’ve only ever used hide.me before for the occasional US browsing I do…

if I buy this, can I use it on more than one device?
