  • Fibre broadband to the green cabinet, situated on the street outside, or near your home. Old Copper cables from this cabinet then deliver internet to you at a much slower speed, impeding your service.
  • We don't use street cabinets; we bring full fibre broadband direct from the exchange into your home. Giving you an always on, speed of light service that you can rely on.

Ridiculously fast speeds
We're not your average broadband providers, we offer ultrafast speeds of up to 1Gbps as standard.

Full fibre connectivity
There’s no stopping at the street cabinet for us, we bring full fibre optic cabling right to your property.

Affordable packages
We offer a range of speed and price options to suit any home or budget.

Flexible contract terms
4th Utility offers 30-day rolling contracts, giving you control over what broadband service you need, and when. These are more expensive however

Hassle free installation
We’ve been upgrading connectivity up and down the country so we’re absolute experts at what we do.

Symmetrical speeds
We provide a connection with equal download/upload speeds which means no bottlenecks or buffering.

It would be better if they post a map with the areas where their broadband is actually available

Pointless if they only cover less than 5% of the country.

yes same issue. it is not available even in their own registered office post code area!

It says check availability in your area. Tried 3 different post codes and it does not autofil. Anyone got the same issue?

It's a good deal but nothing remarkable. All the new superfast broadband provides (Hyperoptic, Community Fibre, YouFibre, etc.) are offering similar prices, if not better. I got Community Fibre not long for 6 months free, and then £25 a month.

What fibre backbone do they use?

Their own it seems, doesn't seem to be around much, and never heard of them until today.

They are available in Salford Manchester. I’ve been using them for about 4 months now they are ok.

Is 500Mbps enough for 4k streaming and gaming?

    Plenty

Do they use open reach? Where do I find the list of providers who use open reach?
    Thanks

Rubbish service. I just got it activated today. Connected for a few hours and now I can’t even connect to the router. Avoid it like a plague

Strange as I've had it for over 1 month and it's been rock solid. Not once has the connection dropped or the speed gone down. It may just be a temporary glitch in your setup (edited)

Little disappointed, waited 3 weeks for an install, despite assurances that my flat was ready, they then came couldn't do it - despite me waiting in all day for it and then when they come saying it wasn't ready .... weren't willing to sort it, so I was left with no internet and no willingness to resolve.
