    Nice price for a brand new 5G device. Processor in this will be faster than most phones sold at this price.

    The TCL 40 SE also from amazon at 79.99 with 128gb rom is a much better option if you are going for a cheap TCl brand phone.

    The phones are very similar, but the 40R has a faster chip and 5G, both are lacking on the 40SE.

    Had such a crap time with TCL warranty service, sent phone back 4 times then "it's out of warranty" and never got my phone sorted, I would not recommend TCL

    That's bad but for the price of them, I look at TCL as disposable. They seem to offer a lot for very little.

    I got this for my Son from ebay, only a couple of quid less than this price - it's been brilliant for him. Never complains about any bugs, battery life, signal, screen etc. Does everything he needs it to do at 12 years old. It's taken an absolute hammering too, its practically smashed to pieces and still works! For a youngster or older user after a 5G device I don't think you'd get much better.
