    I was told I would get my phone on the 8th when I placed my order on Friday.
    I have had absolutely no updates from O2 or DHL regarding delivery slot or anything. My phone was delivered by DHL half an hour ago. I got the iPhone 12, nearly new, as the 13 wasn't going through. It didn't come in the original box, just a blue O2 box and a cable with the phone. My phone is in mint condition. Battery health is 100%, looks like it's never been used. Absolutely ecstatic at the condition and bargain price. Now, how do i go about cancelling the sim?

    I'm waiting for the 12 too because I missed out on the 13. Here to help a fellow 12 person!

    I have already phoned them up to try and cancel my SE.

    They have said if you ordered an e-sim one, you have to either wait until your esim package arrives in the post, or until you can login to myo2 app. If you can login to the MyO2 App, your Esim will be activated and then you can call them to cancel, don't bother calling before that's happened because they won't be able to do anything unfortunately.

    Well well well. I hadn't even bothered checking my o2 today as nothing had been showing since I ordered it and texts/emails. However, just tried and my iPhone 12 has completed with tracking number listed (not working on with DHL or DPD, so no clue what carrier) and my iPhone 13 order is now showing as processing. Keep the faith guys!

    I don't understand credit stuff, but why are people going for this deal if you'll get a credit mark on your file?

    Because it doesn't matter to some folks if they get credit checks. They've already done the big house purchase / mortgage / bank loan etc.

    I ordered three phones, one iPhone 13 and two iPhone 12. Received them all but with some issues.

    The 13 is a replacement device (serial number starts with N) which is not a problem, 100% battery health and full apple warrenty.

    The first iPhone 12 is bought from Apple USA and has 88% battery health. No warranty and has minor scratches on the screen.

    Checked the serial number of the other iPhone on checkcovarage.apple.com and it says "We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product.that has been replaced. Please check your information and try again. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us". This means according to Apple's records, there has been replacement iPhone and serial number issued in exchange for this iPhone so it must had an issue that warrent the replacement. Called apple and they said if the device works fine, then there is no problem. Battery health is 100% and the phone looks new.

    Is this what O2 calls "Like new"? Are people checking the devices they are receiving? (edited)

    Also it’s says can be locked for operator but put my vodafone sim and it’s working perfectly

    I activated the esim and called 202 from the new iPhone 12..took a while and she asked if the sim came with a device, i said i paid £129 for the device but want to cancel my sim of £21 a month. She said if I wanted to cancel with immediate effect, then we would get disconnected, i said go for it..Direct Debit and everything associated with the monthly plan would be terminated as well.. Disconnected as we were speaking which meant all cancelled. Fab.

    It’s really not worth the agony. I was on live chat with a Sales Advisor for a good 15 mins after posing my initial query re no dispatch.

    The very pleasant chap named Lourdes, despite acknowledging initial query, took me through 15 mins of security checks before sharing an automated message detailing Sales team can only process orders and will be redirected to the virtual assistant.

    Knew o2 were full of , it’s a shame we don’t have more high class gentleman like Lourdes around though…

    I will wait until end of the day before cancelling my order, the saving in my opinion is not worth the time spent in chasing these guys up.

    UPDATE- My order from Thursday is being diapatched shortly. The status has changed on the order page. I was one of the people who was stuck on processing since Thursday. 2x 13s and 1x14pro should be dispatched by today I believe

    Family member just had their iPhone 13 pink update on the website when signing in showing the phone and details but pervious to that there was nothing just blank no orders no device, mine still shows nothing as of now and I ordered at least 30 minutes before that family member. I guess they are working backwards.

    So, they saying everything looks normal at their end and order is processing as normal and will be delivered on the 8th and that she will call me back on Monday to check if i have received it or not.

    o2 staff are now unpacking the brand new iPhones, removing the screen protectors and scratching them a bit to make a stock of 'like new' phones for us

    Everyone please understand - If you do not want to keep the airtime (SIM) which I assume most don’t, then once the phone & SIM is received you can text STAC to 75075. Then give this to any network provider like you’re transferring number and that’s it finished. You can then rip the sim up and do what you like with the phone.

    They will be sent because people have had their Google pixel 7 pro phones delivered today using the code its been on for a few days. check this link although like new is a lie they are scratched up hopefully its not the same for these iPhones if thats like new I would hate to see their ( good ) phones.

    I'd say it's still a good deal, you would probably struggle to get this phone in any non completely destroyed condition for this price. There's no harm in asking for a replacement although I'd say chances are pretty slim especially as it's out of stock at the moment.

    It's always frustrating on deals like this where some people get better out of it than others, some have had brand new phones with a year apple warranty and the plastic covers still on. I try and look at it as if everyone had received theirs in the same state as mine would I still be happy paying this price? (Trying to take out the envy of not getting as good as someone else). I got a US version red phone with a replacement battery and a couple of v minor nicks on the case. Would I rather have got a brand new one? Of course, but for £150 I'm happy.

    I’m with O2 and tried to get this deal. Im on a SIM only contract with O2 with 10 months left and they are asking me to pay £90 to upgrade to this when I try and buy it online, does anyone know how I get around this? Thanks

    Order confirmed, but funny enough I got 2 spam messages allegedly from Royal Mail and Evri to complete order info or something. Either o2 sells data to scammers or their systems are compromised.

    Purchased the iPhone 14 Pro on Friday, I've had a confirmation email and a text saying vat invoice available, but myo2 website shows no orders.

    I went in store on Saturday to collect (as when I placed the order it said 'order in next 30 mins for guranteed collection on Saturday), they told me they have a backlog of orders. I was advised my order would not be ready until Tuesday/Wednesday to collect.

    Phone fine no marks or scratches but battery only 94% when I try to check warranty on phone it says run out 1979? Before I was even born anything I can do about this can I talk to Apple about it

    It looks like new and battery health is 100%.

    When checking the warranty it says no warranty, expired, and device purchased on April 1978.

    According to Apple this means the phone is a refurbished from Apple. It sounds good for me compared to other experiences here." (edited)

    So I had a bit of a mix-up with my address. It was missing my flat number and flat name.I reached out to both DHL and O2 to get it sorted, and O2 said they sent an email to DHL. But guess what? Now the status says it's been returned to the sender.Will my order get canceled, or will they try to deliver it again?

    Both my orders (one 12, one 13) are still in processing but one of em updated today - instead of the option to click to cancel it now says ‘This part of the order’s already been sent, so it can’t be cancelled - please arrange a return instead’… hopefully all these ‘processing’ orders will get there in the end

    Reading from both threads, it seems like the standard colours (black / white / blue) are the ones being fulfilled due to having more availability. I ordered a green and a pink one on Thursday and none of them have been shipped yet... would be interesting to hear others' opinions.

    Just phoned them again. I'm not holding out much hope now despite telling them about the contract and the payment having gone through and that you can't just cancel that etc.

    They basically said it's happened to a lot of people (oh really?!) and that they will try to get it resolved but not to worry, if not I will get a refund to my account within 5 to 10 working days. I don't want a refund thanks, just the item I've paid for!

    No idea what O2 are doing but a handful of people who ordered yesterday seem to have got theirs today using the £100 off voucher.
    If they dont send the phones out and make some excuse about it make sure you get them to remove the credit check.
