EU roaming capped at 12GB per month

Any idea which ones don't have an EU cap?

Does this revert to 40GB after 12 months? That was common with Smarty in the early days. 99% of the time you just watched for the same or a better offer & popped on the chat & they would restart the 12m clock for you! Not sure if still the same?

It does, 40gb for £10 after 12 months Just swapped over using chat and they confirmed.

How can one get this as an existing customer?

Use Smarty web chat and they should apply this deal for you from your next renewal date

I wish Smarty did eSim. 🤷‍♂️

I have been trying Spusu, who do eSIM - quite good (on EE) - have a look at my recent posts.

I've been on Smarty in London for years. Never have a problem getting a signal.

Terrible signal around Cornwall. Tried it for 1wk, nothing but E signal.

Weird that you were getting E (Edge, part of 2G network) signal on Smarty. Smarty use the Three network, which hasn't had a 2G fallback network since 2013.

I was on Smarty for a couple of years, but had a consistent issue with calls dropping after exactly 2 mins 5 secs if I accepted an incoming call on a 4G network, tried different phones and also replaced the SIM but it still kept happening. I moved to talk mobile (Vodafone) in the end as signal was better for pretty much the same price.
