About this deal

Dragon’s Dogma™ 2 is the highly anticipated action-RPG successor to the cult-classic Dragon’s Dogma™ released in 2012. Dragon’s Dogma 2 boasts a richly detailed and deeply explorable fantasy world created using immersive physics, character AI and the latest in graphics from Capcom’s RE ENGINE. This single player narrative driven action-RPG challenges players to use their creativity and curiosity to shape their own experience. Whether it is your Arisen’s vocation, the Pawns selected for your party, or your approach to multi-faceted gameplay situations, the world of Dragon’s Dogma 2 revolves around choice. Both your party of Pawns and enemies alike will react dynamically to your actions on the battlefield, whether you cling to the backs of monsters or seek to dispatch them from afar. Your vocation allows you to choose your playstyle, and whether you will use swords, bows, or potent magick to bring your foes to heel.

It's a good price I guess, but the game is a mess technically at the moment. Struggles to hold 30fps and towns are just a joke. Best to vote with your wallet and hope Capcom fix it.

completely disagree with this comment! Played over 80hrs and frame rates never been a problem, In all honesty ive not had any troubles whilst playing it at all

Absolutely loving it, but it will probably drop to £40 in May. Performance hasn't really been an issue on PS5, it's just the cities where you aren't doing any combat anyway.

Let's hope it does drop because by then I hopefully finished FF16 eheh. So many amazing RPGs these days.

All the talk about the performance on this game but the most glaring issue on that front is the ludicrous npc pop in the cities. Everything else is really not that much of an issue and it's a pretty stunning looking game at times. The ray traced global illumination is great and makes the lighting really stand out. Obviously it could run better/smoother but you don't particularly notice it when playing (edited)

I've wasted alot of energy moaning about gaming prices these days, it's all a little bit pointless.

Seems like this game, according to the ones who have had no trouble, say it's a good game. However, I still ain't paying £50 for a video game anymore. Just last gen, I was getting alot of day 1 stuff still for £40, and that was just about tolerable, but no longer am I doing that.

I'd say it's good to hear about a game that isn't full of micro's, but this one doesn't disappoint on that front. Not even allowed an extra save? Really.... lol.

Meh, I've already half ranted, I'm not adding anymore to my "rant".

Games industry is killing itself on it's own.

I don't mind it too much for my most anticipated games. If one is patient then you can eat well for £10 a game or even less, the amount on offer these days is staggering. Long gone are the days of £70 N64 games with little choice of something else to play
