The Kingston NV2 4TB is here. Use code APP20 in the Ebay app to get the price. Ends at midnight. Both are dramless QLC drives - would do fine for basic SSD storage in a PC. Not fast enough for PS5 usage.

I had 24 Kingstone nv2 2tb drives for certain project at work, and Holly sh#it there was some variety there.
24 drives had 7 different variants, a mix of nand types between tlc and qlc, 5 different nand brands, and 7 different controllers in use...

Seen this reported in other places. I would suggest Crucial instead.

Paid a bit less for the P3 4TB a couple of months back. Predictably, the price has been going up. This DRAM-less drive is ideal if you need a super large game library on tap, or perhaps a NAS with flash that's for media that's mostly read from rather than written to. Buy now if you need it, prices are going up again...

Are these speeds enough if only used for photo/video editing?

ZFS made of nv2's 18x 2tb for storage and 6x for redundancy works fantastic, but 1 drive on its own is pretty pathetic, especially after 50%+ of capacity is used. (edited)

Just FIY the NV2 doesn't support ASPM (PCIe power saving) which has a huge effect on battery life for laptops. Avoid.

Is it double sided or single?
