I can't believe you need a Prime account to buy a bottle of Wild Turkey 101 now (£25 at the moment) so I went for Maker's Mark for £24 instead.

I may boycott Amazon now. It's (sometimes) cheap and convenient, but retroactively adding a membership requirement to simply buy items from a shop is a dangerous precedent to set, if other retailers follow suit.

It's shocking to me how normalised a Prime subscription has become, given how little value it offers. People look at me like a caveman when I tell them I don't have Prime.

How can you say it offers little value? The free postage alone is worth it for me. amazon.co.uk/b?i…031

Definitely not the worst in the world, I don’t mind it at all but hey, it’s subjective..
