Our hickory smoked BBQ platter uses expertly butchered prime cuts. Of beef brisket & beef short rib to deliver three classic American inspired BBQ dishes; BBQ beef burnt ends, pulled beef brisket and meaty beef short ribs. All the beef on this platter is smoked with hickory wood for subtly sweet and nutty undertones. The beef is then coated in a blend of BBQ spices and slowly cooked by us for 6 hours to deliver the perfect tenderness before being smothered with a sweet and sticky BBQ glaze.
