Have two of these and they are great value. The app is really simple to use. Been using tapo for years with zero problems and have 5 cameras

Anyone know where you can get extension power cords from?

I bought a couple of these and they work great.

Anyone know how long the power cable is for these?

I have the c320ws, the cable is about 2.5m long. It's an adaptor plug, with a cable going to the camera.

Awful quality images on these - the resolution is high but the bitrate is appallingly low - less than 150kbps - so movement is blurry.

Why does it have wings like an imperial shuttle in a landing approach mode?

It says wired or wireless, but reading the reviews it's apparent that it requires plugging in for power. Will add this note onto the listing. Thanks.

Do these come with two separate power supplies?
If it's just one the additional cabling would negate any saving on buying a two camera pack.

Anyone know any deals for decent similar cameras but battery powered? Tia (edited)

I would also like recommendations for a battery powered camera. I’ll be able to pick up Wi-fi where I will put it though. Ideally App control so no extra hub required

Blink for battery powered cameras I have two plus doorbell ( have hardwired the cameras now though , but use two l-ion as batteries if preferred )

new ones require subs for cloud storage ( I have an old account so free legacy storage ) but you can simply use a usb dongle  in the hub which is needed to run blink equipment often included In kits

I have 3 of them, and they are great, there are a few diffent models, although they look the same they are not, so do check their specifications. I also run one with a long extension cable and it works fine with the supplied power supply.

Is it possible to turn off the IR illumination but leave it in night mode? (The IR LEDS attract moths and you end up with spider webs all over the front. I use independent IR illuminators at night.

Yep, use mine behind glass so turn off IR.
TBH with street lighting the camera is very sensitive, I was surprised how good.

52466273-sxCL3.jpgOn the wonk a bit but here's a shot tonight. This is just an LED street light to the left and the one in frame to the right.
There is a reflection from the hall light in the middle of shot (edited)
