HD video streaming

Check who's at your door at any time using the Nest Hello Video Doorbell. Capable of 24/7 streaming, it sends an alert to your smart devices when someone presses the doorbell, including a picture of what happened. The smart doorbell is also capable of detecting people, motion and sound, so you can always be aware when somebody is outside your door.

Using HDR and night vision, the Hello delivers bright, crisp images to your smartphone regardless of the time of day. Using the Nest app, you can see whoever is at your door from head to toe, whether it's a family member or a parcel left on the doorstep. If you own Google Home devices, you can even receive visitor announcements when there's somebody at the door.

Two-way communication

You can communicate easily with anybody at your door from wherever you are. Two-way communication makes it possible to have a conversation, or you can simply choose from a list of quick responses in the app to play a pre-recorded message to the visitor.

Quiet time

If you have a sleeping baby or pets who get easily startled, you might not want to have a doorbell disturbing the peace and quiet in your home. You can turn off the chime from your Nest app, whilst still receiving notifications on your smartphone so that you never miss a visitor.

Compatible with Google Home devices and Amazon Alexa

In addition to being compatible with Google Home devices, the Hello is also compatible with Amazon Alexa. This makes it easy to create your ideal smart home setup to live an easier lifestyle.

Please note: professional installation required. Requires a 12 – 24 V transformer. Operating temperature is -15 - 40ºC.

Features

  • HD video streaming during both day and night
  • See and record who comes to your door with live video
  • Receive notifications on your phone
  • Motion and sound alerts when visitors are detected
  • 160 degree view and night vision
  • Two-way communication to interact with your visitors
  • Quiet time to keep things peaceful in your home
  • Compatible with Google Home devices and Amazon Alexa

It's a great price if it is actually like new.

Customer returns. Might be like new, might not work at all.

I bought one, the first didn't have a qr code on the back so couldn't set it up. The second one had a bad crackle on the microphone. Ended up finding one new for £90.

Looks like the wired one, if so this is an amazing price. I would have picked this up over the £200 i just paid for the nest floodlight for my backyard. I’ve never had any issues with mine, rings about as quickly as expected for a wireless doorbell to the app (my home speakers are close to instant).

Based on my experience with this company and that of my friends, you're likely to receive a faulty product from them and then have to fight to get your money back.

What version is this. I purchased one from red rock a few months back which was the Rev 1 Nest doorbell and it's absol ely shocking! I understand the Rev 2 is solid

    Is this the wired version?

I bought a mobile from Red Rock which was listed as new. Did not say open box. But when I got it was opened. Seals all open. Phone seemed ok. And was able to register online for 2 year warranty.

My door ball, this model, is so pants. Rings pretty quick, but takes forever for the live video to load. Nest sub required for good quality pics and recordings, and it's not that great imo. I've not had any other door bell so nothing to compare it to.

I've since bought some Swan cameras, they work like a treat and the instant remote viewing is good.

If this is anything like the Google nest thermostat I'd avoid. Impossible to get customer support. Breaks down regularly.

How old is this? It feels like Google is giving up on smart home devices right? They were never great in the first place but when you don't innovate and evolve these daily average devices then you end up with junk.

Got one of these. Excellent piece of kit. Need fast connection though.
