THE BE QUIET! Bought it 2 weeks ago. It came brand new with EU power cable(not bothered at all). Only one thing I noticed is that fan makes "scratching" noise when is on lowest RPMs, I can hear it only when is quiet in the room. Not too sure if fan is catching metal frame or just vibrations, never had time to check.

I'm going to sit on the Fence as regards voting for this one. Be-Quiet have high end to low end PSU's. This is low end. It will be OK & better than putting a no name PSU in your PC provided it's not high spec, regardless of age. Ryzen 3 & 5, Intel core i3 & i5 should be fine, anything above that I'd exercise caution. as For GFX i'd check what the manufacturers recommend to power said bit of hardware.
Having said that I did buy a low powered Be-Quiet PSU 5 years ago to replace a 10+ Seasonic that had short circuited one of its SATA leads and melted the connectors. Been fine in that PC but the hardware in that is quite old.
