Bewitching - Extra Large Suitecase (Black) Fashionable Soft Suitcase with Rose Gold Detailing w/code

I paid £65 for this at Matalan, with no discount. Sadly, they only had light grey, which is a really poor choice for such a large suitcase. It is very big, but internally does not look that big. The wheels don't feel they will last long. It has spinner wheels, which means the wheels are exposed and increase the size of the luggage. I much prefer roller wheels. For an extra large suitcase, which more than likely is very heavy when full, roller wheels would've been a better choice, IMO.
Feels flimsy, but we used it once, and it survived. I was not expected to last us that trip, TBH. Pretty much any person we've met made comments about the size of our suitcase. When full, it looks very bulky and does not keep its shape. We had 30kg in it.
If you're short and you need to lift this, you may struggle. The handle does not have much padding. I understand that this is to be wheeled, but there are instances when you need to lift it.
The warranty is 10 years if you register it. However, you need to keep your receipt. Including the tag where it shows 10 year warranty. I don't know who'll keep receipts for 10 years. Also, I don't see how the receipt will not fade over time.
Personally, I don't like ours, but we had to get one in a rush, and this one was the only extra large lightweight we found at the time. There is only one external pocket, which is in the front. It is a huge one. Not practical at all for small items or for things you need to access often. I certainly prefer this colour, ours will look scruffy after a couple of trips. (edited)
