    Don't bother unless you have Prime sub, I ordered one and it had a split in the base, the replacement had the free screwdriver rattling around in the box and had put a hole in the side!

    I have this, it’s great for Gyoza (Japanese style). Excellent non stick surface. Heat from me.

    Edit - Apologies, mine has the lid. Still a great pan though.

    These are nice pans - I've got a larger one (with the lid) though I did have one arrive with the handle clean broken off (the handle isn't real wood, it's plastic).

    Otherwise, it's sturdy, pretty heavy (in the size I have) and has been used for over a year so far - my M-I-L has one too!

    A small pan for a small fry, it will also save you some money overtime by heating up quicker than a larger one. I actually have one and it is defiantly money well spent, its a quality of kit for the kitchen.
