Offer starts from 31st of January 2024.

As a Plus with Prime member, from the 31st of January, we will be reducing the amount you need to spend to enjoy free delivery from your favourite restaurants from £25 to £15. The minimum spend to benefit from free delivery from grocery and retail stores will remain at £25*.

Service fees will now be 10% of basket value, and capped at £2.49 (minimum 99p). This is in order for us to continue to bring our Plus customers a great food delivery experience and even more value through new member benefits, exclusive offers and more.

Throughout 2024 we’ll bring our Plus customers more great offers and discounts from your favourite partners on Deliveroo. Keep an eye out for more information on these offers and your Plus subscription in the app.

We hope you continue to enjoy all the benefits that come your way with Plus, but if you are unhappy with the changes to your subscription you can cancel at any time. Simply go to the ‘My subscription’ section in ‘My Account’ in app.

Least deliveroo paid back when stuff hasn't been delivered, the other one has refused a few times, the singing commercial one, I'm done with them, time to focus on deliveroo or get myself

I find just eat and Deliveroo will swiftly refund you if you have an issue, I'm an Uber One member but have stopped using Uber Eats, you never get your money back on there, one to avoid.

I refuse to give any money to companies who are enabling illegal workers. Their workers also ride too fast and dangerously.

That means every establishment that deliveroo has on their books also needs to be boycott!

You need all the deals just to get the price the same as the standard prices lol. And the only time you'd ever want to use them is when you're far away, but then they say you're too far to deliver. So why not just go yourself and save the £10 extra it costs you to use them.

Because I don't want to go myself? That's a big point of these services
    And £10 is exaggerated

    That’s better.

Was ridiculous how high the minimum order was for their “premium” service.

How is this "news" not a "deal"?

It’s clearly different. £15, not £25 min order and change to service fee.
