    It's a real pain that the batteries on the older models aren't compatible when DJI upgrade. Puts. Me off upgrading as it means rebuilding my set. I'm sure they will say there are new advancements or they've made the battery 2 grams lighter, but it is probably commercially driven. Which is a shame when we are trying to cut wast

    I thought they were compatible with Mini 4 Pro, just that they have a shorter flight time?

    The fly more option with the remote control with screen seems a good option at ยฃ559 at both DJI and Amazon thatโ€™s ยฃ350 worth of extras over this configuration (DJI RC, x2 extra batteries, case, extra propellors and charging hub)

    I agree but think some buyers might get this to try out the system and then invest more later. One good thing is they hold their value well. Amazed at how easy the DJI are to pick up.

    good price but missing some features that are important to me vs mini 3 pro

    Mini 3 pro is 450 on a warehouse deal now. Not for everyone as it's not new but mine came brand new in a tatty box

    That's a good price for the 3 Pro and you are right, it is likely new in the box. Would have gone for it but I am really waiting for a deal on the 4 Pro. Actually got a Mini 2 from CEX, grade B for ยฃ235 and other than box being tatty, it was brand new.

    I tend to use the drone for photography. The camera lens hardware is actually identical on the Mini 3, Mini 3 Pro and Mini 4 Pro. Itโ€™s only the image processing that has been improved but if you shoot in RAW and process in something like Lightroom it makes no difference just be aware of the limitations of using such a small sensor.
