Has anyone used this network? Any good in terms of customer service and reliability?

    When I tried them I wasn’t impressed.

As I’ve mentioned in a previous post, you don’t get the true EE experience as they use their own backend system to process network traffic. You get poorer call quality, don’t get VoLTE or WiFi calling unless you have one of their few supported devices, in my experience don’t get full access to all of the frequency bands that EE use and data is slower when compared side by side with an EE Partner SIM.

Other people have mentioned that if they don’t have a phone on Spusu’s supported device list the lack of VoLTE means they can’t get incoming calls, and if you port your own phone number in you’ll not be able to get OTP text messages that come from shortcode numbers. Additionally, some mention being charged penalties as per their terms and conditions for leaving, not returning SIM cards etc.

As for customer service they’re responsive enough but don’t seem to be able to help when you encounter any issues.

I certainly wouldn’t go back to them. EE Direct, CMLink, 1p Mobile or Popit are the only ones worth considering if you want EE Signal in my opinion. These are partner brands with full access to the EE network and related features.

Misleading to say this is EE. It isn't.
