Good price for an expensive product: HOTUKD kryptonite.

paid £50 brand new from ebay seller for the white version. It was a US import so US plug . Really good concept with 2 main issues - the battery only lasts for 2 drinks but if you don't turn it off underneath you end up with just one before the battery is flat. Cleaning is a pain in the.. after maybe 4/5 cups its started to stain and you have to be careful with what you products you use. I clean with a kitchen wipes and Bar keepers and this does clean but already scratched at the edges at the bottom of the cup.

Not working well for this deal unless the mug is to keep items cold... (edited)

If you can't afford one then it's obviously not for you but if you have the money to spare and you use it every day then what's the problem. I can think of a lot of things posted on HUKD that in my opinion are much more of a waste of money than this.

These do work very well if you have a good use case (like making coffee for someone who wakes up an hour after you).

Of course it's a lot of money for a mug, and to some extent a thermos will do the same thing. The only thing is on the bigger mug the temperature throughout the drink isn't even - it's cooler on the top and hotter at the bottom. A little stir will even it out but a thermos doesn't have the same issue necessarily.

I will say it's more pleasant to actually drink out of than a thermos though.

Heat, as if you’ve got the money to spare, it seems like a cool product.

I am drinking out of mine while typing this lol. Great bit of kit if you take too long to drink! Using this means that my drink doesn’t go cold or that I gobble it down asap so I don’t miss out.
yes it is a lot of money…but if you can afford it, it is worth it.
