Just in case anyone has a Costco subscription, or is thinking about buying one. You can get this doorbell from Costco for the same price and it includes the mini base chime which retails for £35.

You can also insert a memory card into the chime and it'll store all your videos which is handy incase someone steals the doorbell.

If you don't have a Costco subscription and don't want one then this is a great price. (edited)

Agree the Costco is a great deal.. do you know if it’s in store as well?

I'm looking for one that is hard-wired (directly connected to the mains) and also has an ethernet / RJ45 port. Any recommendations please as Eufy's website isn't very clear.

You're probably best off with a reolink one from Amazon. Although I think that's power over ethernet, so it won't be connected to the mains.

I think you'll struggle to find a doorbell which is hard wired and has an rj45 port but I'm happy to be proven wrong. Especially from eufy, I dont think they make anything like that. (edited)

Is a chime required when someone presses the doorbell button or can you have the iPhone app make an audible noise when someone presses the doorbell?

You can make your Alexa as your chime. Happy to be proven wrong.

What’s the size compared to a ring pro please?

Keep seeing this offer for just the bell and also the £169 odd for the bell with the ‘Homebase 2’ - do I need the base thing too? Looking at changing from a Ring due to the subscription fees, currently have the ring linked to Alexa so no chime, trying to work out if I actually need the home base thing for this or not. Thanks
