All solid, electro-acoustic guitar coming in at just over £300 (with a hardshell case!)

  • The Paramount PD-220E combines state-of-the-art craftsmanship with vintage-inspired appointments, delivering the best of both worlds.
  • Built with the choice of a solid spruce or solid mahogany top paired with solid mahogany back and sides, the PD-220E features an offset X-bracing pattern that has been carefully refined to optimize resonance and tone.
  • A brand-new Fender and Fishman-designed Sonitone Plus pickup amplifies the full, balanced tone of the PD-220E’s dreadnought body shape, while the soundhole-mounted controls preserve the vintage aesthetics.
  • Under the top, a body-sensing pickup enhances the soundboard's vibrations which can then be blended with the undersaddle Sonicore pickup.
  • Updated cosmetics include snowflake-shaped pearloid fingerboard inlays, feathered purfling, rosette, and backstrip, and a Black or Tiger Stripe pickguard. The PD-220E also features an ovangkol bridge and fingerboard, slim-taper mahogany neck, bone nut and saddle, and comes with a hardshell case.

Congratulations on your first deal post.

£307 for a solid acoustic, hard case and the Fender logo on the headstock. Not bad at all! I would want to pull that pick guard off though, they come off easily but might need to use some adhesive remover to get the sticky bits off.

Yeah been really tempted by one of these ..not that many reviews out there ...did have my eye on the darker one ..sounded more mellow in a couple of vids I've seen ...there is quite a good pmt one on youtube (al models ) done by a young girl ..who actually plays it like most of us would !.

Lot for your money ..solid wood .vintage open gear tuners ...decent pick up..case !

Just been hearing a few things about set up issues ...which are not as quite forward to sort out like an electric is .

But still a great deal....even if you have to get someone to sort it out....deserves more heat but acoustics seldom get it (edited)

Wow ..that is a barg ...the vintage sunburst i was tempted by is £550 ....
Shame it's not getting the heat that some of the 30 quid balsa wood guitars that get posted on here sometimes do (edited)

now back up to £400 ...damn....well thats saved me some money!

i wonder if it was a poorly set up return .....but i still think it was a barg even if you have to pay for a set up if you dont fancy doing it yourself (edited)
