Im in a bit of dillemma as i want to get this for my birthday/christhmas … Im in a bit of dillemma as i want to get this for my birthday/christhmas present but i've been looking forward to ps3 sooo much that i think 360 is worthless until this offer came up. And im only gonna be playing this on a 14 inch non-hdtv so will it be too small to read text? Also my parents have just brought a new house so i feel guilty as money is harder to get out of them. And i have my GCSE exams coming soon so i dont want to get hooked onto the console. But then again this is the best 360 in a long while to come and PS3 will cost alot more.Do you think i should get a xbox 360 or not?

I can't really comment on the PS3, as no one in the UK has played it (without importing it) but from the games line up that i've seen for the next year, it's hardly got any exclusives, nearly every game is also available on the 360 and it will be almost identical gamewise but without the 360 exclusives.

The only games that will be better on the PS3, is the exclusives, which are few and far between and the console itself will be much more expensive with a higher price for the games.

I'd personally prefere the 360, even without the HDTV but i think Sony consoles will always be more popular among casual gamers.

Also try and work around your current obligations, as it's not worth ruining your future for a bit of shortterm entertainment

Hope that helps and good luck with everything.

great deal which I got on saturday but with Gears instead
