I bought this bike computer when released & it's absolutely brilliant. It does everything I need, large touch screen that still works with gloves on. Amazing battery life. Connects to my HR monitor, cadence sensor & even ebikes. Has the latest os that the latest 1040 & 840 Edge devices. No regrets whatsoever.

Does this one have the power mount compatibility . Reviews say that it lacks the pins unless you buy the bundle , but amazons page and Garmin's don't mention that and list it as compatable.

£100 bike from Argos, £20 kickstand, £10 helmet from Aldi and £200 for bike computer. Did I forget about anything?

I'm tempted. Jumped to Wahoo when everyone else did and have slightly regretted it since. The unit itself if great (survived a trip through the washing machine!) but I have a Garmin fenix so it would be nice to not have to dual record activities when I want to use my bike computer.

Lots jumped over to Wahoo a few years ago, Garmin has improved quite a bit in that time, in terms of features and battery life. If you use the fenix for health tracking, training readiness, recovery, v02 and other stats, it makes sense to have a edge cycle computer, as Garmin True-up will integrate data from both devices. I have the fenix 7 and edge 1040, which work well together.

Heat! The lowest price since Go Outdoors had their big discount. At this price, I'll get one as a spare.

How does this compare to the Hammerhead Karoo 2 performance wise, which is currently priced at £359

I think the Hammerhead is better but I can't justify the additional £159. I think the screen is smaller on the Hammerhead and I cycle so fast I would struggle to see the screen.
