    When you fill in the form for the trade in promotion the £150 pixel 8a one isn't listed. Anyone know if you are supposed to select "my promotion is not listed" or fill it in later?

    This should work in-store, but you obviously won't get the topcashback if that is if interest.

    Dumb question but say if I can pay off the remainder of the contract in one lump sum after 12 months, can I do that?

    Unfortunately you can't do that, you either need to keep paying monthly or cancel (which they'll charge a fee for and terminate the service).

    Thanks for posting. Just bought it. In total the price for me is £251 (excluding price increases). I'm trading in a s20fe 5g it should be a decent upgrade from that. An unlimited SIM on its own costs more than this!

    It shows £98 trade in for s21fe for me in the basket. Do you get the £150 on top and at which point it shows?

    I don't think you get Unlimited data and £150 extra Trade in value with that.
    So foe sure this is a good deal.
    Any working handset gets £150 Trade in, so just over £300.

    How does the extra trade in work? Do you trade in before check out and accept what's offered, then get the extra £150 after buying?

    You get the value of the phone you trade in plus an extra £150 after you have traded in, which takes about 2 weeks from receiving your new phone.

    Is the contract only for new customers? Recently, as a regular ID customer, I purchased a similar contract and was unable to transfer the old ID number to the new SIM ID card.

    No, anyone can have the contract, you just can't
    transfer iD to iD
    You have to port out and port back.
