    Info post, as forgot to take a picture of price, if you like a fresh boneless turkey breast to cook on your bbq/smoker Morrisons Butchers were doing them for £9 per kg in my local store

    i got this exact duck a few weeks back, was nice but deceivingly skimpy on the actual meat. It was very large boned and the main meat was on the legs, barely anything on the actual main crown area. Nice but dissapointing for something you don’t have often and as a treat, it barely fed four of us and that was with nearly all the scraps you wouldn’t usually serve up!

    I don't think it's meant to serve four adults. I usually allow half a duck per person and any leftovers make for a nice lunch or soup. 👌👌

    This is actually decent, mind you - I’d suggest trimming the fat and portioning as soon as you buy it.

    There’s a lot of fat that renders out!
