Didn't need a VPN, just went onto Adobe Turkey webpage and bought Creative Cloud (12 month) for 2.289,60 TLR.

I managed to get a subscription by using NordVPN set to the Turkey server and using a Revolut multiple use card, plus a new email. My single use Revolut got declined and I couldn't seem to get the payment to go through without the VPN, it just kept coming up with a red error message. Revolut did freeze the card when I first tried to pay, but after unfreezing on the app and re-entering card details on checkout it went through successfully.
