Plus we have a large loft that is easily accessible and having done this before I've gotten used to popping into the loft instead of the shops when I need to replenish ny bog roll holder. But I can see with how my deal is going your view is very much in the majority here! (y) :D

kieferrocks

Fair enough, but yeah as you said, you are not having to buy 135 rolls to get for a 74p saving, but each to their own, you care more your botty than me clearly lol XD (y)

kieferrocks

Also available at farmfoods

bellboys

/pedant alert/ still slightly more expensive even allowing for P&P and you have to go and get it. But I accept you don't have to buy 135 at once (y) PS And it's not Shea Butter! (only the best for my botty!) :D

Honestly, the brand Nicky is just as good as any toilet roll and is always £3.99 for 18 in home bargins, works out around teh same price, cheaper without the delivery

Have the HR Sport and it’s great. Really good price

Antony_Hopkins

Well, nothing is perfect . It again all depends how and where it's used . And there is also plenty of screen protector options available for them . In my personal opinion they are one of the most beautiful smart hybrid watches on the market with unbeatable battery life . IMHO I had Samsung Galaxy Gear Sport in the past , and that was a complete toy for me, with 2 days battery life if you are lucky . So after a few months, I just decided to get rid of them . Again,we are all different with different opinions, someone may love Gear Sport.

APPLE-SAM

Lovely watches but both of ours have issues, one has condensation and the other has a cracked screen, both of which are common problems. From Withings: "We do not recommend replacing the glass of the watch as this may damage the watch mechanism." "The Steel HR uses mineral glass which, while strong, can still be scratched or broken."

Antony_Hopkins

My apologies,didn't know that.

Steveyorkie

It's probably the wireless charging coil in the back of the phone.

I have bought 3 different brands from Amazon and each one has stuck on for more than a year. The last two were unknown brands 'MemTec' and 'Smart & Easy' - off amazon uk. I sold my previous car at least one year after attaching - so it may still be attached. My current car has one which I attached just over a year ago and still solidly stuck down. Each time I just made sure, I cleaned the mount point thoroughly with alcohol wipes / spray - before sticking.

Slurrpy

Bought three different makes, the glue that sticks it to the dashboard always fails within a few months. You probably get what you pay for, are there any that actually stay put after a long time?

BraddersJ

I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 and maybe I'm the luckiest person in the world and the only phone model that does it but I don't use the backing plate with these. It just works! Seems there's something right in the perfect position which is magnetised. No adverse affects on my phone after 9 months. Haven't been able to find another phone that does this yet but worth a try!

It's pretty good for kids, remember it isn't like a soft play though so adults sort of have to walk round with the kids, nowhere to sit and so on. There is a cafe round the corner (or was) that is all you can eat and drink but charges by the minute.

Which is, bizarrely and rather disgustingly, a tenner more than buying this stainless steel clad (even the back of the unit is stainless steel) beauty outright with a 3 year warranty thrown in. Madness. Seriously, what's to lose?

blootoon763

Looking for a breadmaker to give as a gift and my own Panasonic that I bought used in 2014 is going the same as the last one I had in that the coating is starting to wear through the bottom of the pan and a new pan costs upwards of £60

bellboys

The supplied recipes are rubbish TBH. Never use them, use either the Aldi bread mixes if I'm busy or recipes I pick up from the 'net. I agree the 'official' recipes contain too much sugar but it's the machine you should be judging not the supplied recipes, surely? I've certainly made excellent loaves with way less sugar. But if you have a Panny and are happy with it why are you bothering to look for another one anyway? (confused)

blootoon763

thanks for the information but reading more into it then i find it similar to the morphy richards breadmaker in that they both use a lot of sugar in the recipes they give you, 3 tablespoons of sugar in a recipe that uses only 450g of flour is a heck of a lot of sugar to feed the yeast, while with the flour i use i can make a great loaf with the panasonic using just 1 teaspoon of sugar, granted it takes a lot longer as the dough sits on the leaven cycle for a lot longer but it gives great results every time.

Having done both, Cov has a few bikes and is a good visit but this place has many, many more but the exhibits are smaller (just rammed in 3 rooms) but there are a lot of them, way over 150 bikes. Took me around 1 hour to get around taking pics. The gift shop is worth a visit, lots of interesting items to buy. Cov museum is much better to visit (imo) as it's a walk through history with lots of cars and bikes, took close to 2 hours to get around as it was less in each room and each room had a story e.g. war, pre-war, 80's, 90's etc. Both are well worth visiting.

Stayed at this hotel a few times including a few weeks ago it has a side entrance on the train station so 100mt from where the trains arrive and depart so its very handy and right in the city center. The trains are the modern new ones. The hotel is ok its not 5 star but i would say 3 star but its clean and modern downstairs, rooms are ok but there is a lot of them so pot luck sometimes, staff good and nice large foyer for coffee and beers. Hull is one of the best nights out you will get anywhere in the country and cheap prices and very friendly ,youve got a great marina area with bars and restaurants the old town with cobbled streets and went to princess avenue with all its bars and restaurants with music in most of them this is a run till about 11 then taxi into the old town there is plenty to do daytime. Id have no problem taking the lady with me and she is fussy its a great price for 2 i usually pay that for 1 without meals or wine.

Newbold

If you use this policy just once you have got a deal. Bought one few years back. Used it once for recovery locally to my garage. DIY recovery £60. Policy here £24. Both wait one hour. Both would delivery to garage of choice. It won’t come with a mechanic in the boot of your car ready to spring out but it will get you out of a fix just that one time. For £2 a month cool your jets. Most on here waste that on a spontaneous HUKD purchase every day! (y)

I think they want the cheap meal they paid for

strykezero

Here's my experience of the company from my Google review. Cancelled my policy with them and went for Start Rescue instead. Purchased cover last year and followed through the online process. Rang up when broken down on the hard shoulder of the M5 and was told policy wasn't activated. Ended the call and phoned customer service who activated the policy for me then told me I wouldn't be able to use it for 48 hours as there was a waiting period. If I wanted recovery I could pay £100+ to the operator. Surely they could see on the system I purchased the policy last year and that there had been an error somewhere. Weren't willing to assist me in an emergency. Had to limp car down the hard shoulder to the free recovery section and phone the highways agency who were more than helpful and had a recovery agent sent to me in less than half an hour from me calling. The operative dropped me in a safe place where I was able to fix the car and get it moving again. The least they could do for me is to cancel the policy and refund me the money so I can purchase an actual breakdown policy from a reputable company.

Just so you know a lot off black taxi drivers were caught out lying to tourists and suspended not that long ago, they were republican btw and were recorded by Americans, there are quite a few that are ex prisoners (both sides) so very one sided. Only way you will get a less one sided tour is if you take one off the open top busses because it's a larger group.
