    ID Mobile uses Three's network.

Does anyone know how to take advantage of this if you're an existing ID customer? Upgrade options within their app are nowhere near as good.

Just go on live chat and ask to change tariff to the uswitch deal, I've done it twice before with no problems.

Anyone able to comment on how reliable this is? (The network, not the deal)

For us it’s been game changing. Sky Mobile (O2) was always a bit dodgy but cheap with TV/Broadband. We ditched the TV, they put the price up, and by this time the call reliability had got worse. Changed to iD and it’s been very solid.

Not recommended at all. Im on Vodafone, the wife’s with this lot. I have 2 bars of 4G and internet is quick enough. She has 4bars of 4G with ID mobile and internet is totally unusable, I mean, takes 60 secs to load google search page! Have a complaint in against the issue but I think she will leave and go elsewhere.
    awful service.

These guys do eSIM now too. Not bad.

Edit: gone for it to try out iD here in West Yorks

Edit2: Cancelled. Keeps dropping service. I’ll stick to vodafone.  (edited)

    You sure? If so, how?

I’m currently with them as got a decent iPhone deal but their network is pretty awful and I wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve used 3 and Smarty in the past and both have been way more consistent in and around London but ID seems to cut out all the time even when it says I have signal.

My other half signed up to a two year Three deal a few months ago and she has terrible signal a lot of the time. Big disappointment for her!

Wasn't great when I first switched to them 14 months ago, but service has improved massively for me. (edited)

Same here, the service is good for me in my area and around it and it’s improved with 5G and in general.

This is the best value SIM right now if you want a decent amount of data without having to rely on cashback or worry about price changing after 6 months. 50gb for £8 is already good but with 30GB roaming and data rollover its even better + 3 months apple music. as long as your area is good with three this should be best bet
