Great deal if price is everything, would always advise getting something with an iGPU for a little more, voted hot

Will this drive a 7900xtx at 4k ok?

GPU does most of the work at 4k so it will be fine... if you can afford a beefier cpu you'll see a small improvement in frames.

A great price for what is the equivalent of the Ryzen 5 5600X, however this will be slightly faster in productivity. (edited)

Any recommendations for a basic gpu and motherboard to go with this. I mostly use Microsoft office, browsing and YouTube, don’t do much gaming. However it does need to do 4k 60hz output to a Samsung frame 43” tv that I use as my monitor, preferably via hdmi as that is what the frame accepts.
