1. This reward is only available to Sky customers resident in the UK and ROI (excluding the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) who have successfully joined Sky.

2. Other than employees of Sky UK Ltd, Sky Ireland and associated Sky companies, the following categories of entrant are not permitted to enter this Promotion:

a. Employees of companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies (or members of their immediate families, including any live-in partner or household member).

3. This reward entitles you to apply for one unique code which will allow up to 6 discounted tickets to be booked, subject to availability at the time of booking, (unless we say otherwise) per household (your household is the billing address for your Sky account).

4. Codes depend on availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A maximum of one event or one code per calendar month can be rewarded for first-come, first-served promotions. The Promoter accepts no liability if you are unsuccessful in applying for a code where the demand exceeds the number of available codes.

5. You can apply for a reward at any time between 03/04/2024 and 23:59:00 on 03/05/2024(or until the supply of codes is exhausted) (the "promotional period"). No entries will be accepted after 23:59:00 on 3 May 2024 (“the Closing Date”).

6. To make sure all Sky VIP customers can benefit from this reward equally, applications depend on our 'Fair Use' policy.

7. By applying for a reward, we will treat you as accepting these terms and conditions and agreeing to keep to them.

8. To apply for a reward, you will need to register your details and confirm your email address.

9. The Sky customer or their nominated recipient must keep to all laws which apply.

10. The Sky customer or their nominated recipient must not sell their reward under any circumstances.

11. We will use any information we collect from you as part of the application process to provide the reward. We may pass your details on to other organisations for the delivery of the reward.

12. Sky may make audio/video recordings at events for promotional and marketing purposes such as promos and video content for broadcast, digital and/ or social platforms. Such recordings may include general “crowd shots” which by entering the promotion, you agree to participate in.

13. Sky may also request that you participate in audio and video interviews regarding an event, which you are free to accept or decline. If you accept, a written consent will be obtained at the time of the recording, detailing how your name and any image, video or voice recordings of you may be used by Sky. You agree that the copyright (if any) and all other rights title and interest in and to any contribution by you shall vest in and be irrevocably assigned to Sky.

14. We do not accept any responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay in you sending your application or us receiving it. Proof of applying for your reward is not proof we received your application.

15. There is no cash alternative to the reward, and the reward is non-refundable and non-transferable.

16. We can substitute the reward for a reward of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control.

17. Apart from causing death or personal injury arising from negligence or in respect of fraud and as far as allowed by law, we and our associated companies and agents will not have any responsibility for the postponement, cancellation, delay or changes which are beyond our control. We are also not responsible for any act or failure to act of any supplier.

18. If you are unable to receive your reward for reasons outside of our and our associated companies and agents control, we will not give any form of compensation, financial or otherwise.

19. Codes will be issued upon application. If you have not received a code by the Closing Date for the Promotion, unfortunately you were not successful in your application.

20. The unique code used to redeem the reward will be valid for use until 11.59pm on 10 May 2024. After this time, the unique code will no longer be valid to redeem the reward.

21. We will not be liable for any communications which you are eligible for that do not reach you for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

22. Our decision is final. We will not correspond with you if you disagree. If you do not keep to these terms and conditions, any rewards will not be valid.

23. We may refuse any reward or make it invalid if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have broken these terms and conditions or if you or your nominated recipient or anyone authorised by you or your nominated recipient, acts in a way towards us, other people, Sky staff which we reasonably consider to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If we do this, we can give the reward to someone else.

24. This reward, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, will be governed by English law and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales , and for entrants resident in the Republic of Ireland, be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
