I am lucky enough to have a couple of LG OLED and have bought this for bedroom and at £200 can’t really go wrong

I’ve been hovering over the “buy me” button for a few deals recently on an LG tv for the bedroom - I think this one has just pushed me over the edge…

Although doesn’t have the 5 year warranty that places such as John Lewis provide, it is cheaper than other slightly lower spec’d models.

There’s a reason why this is so cheap how long will it last and lots of lagging

    Is that the case?

Cracking price for a 8000 series, love my 55" with the point and scroll magic remote

Thanks OP, perfect for the bedroom wall. This should be way hotter than it is!

Would this be okish for xbox series x

It would be fine yes, input lag is low in game mode. It doesn't support 120hz, but so few games support it that it barely matters.

For what its worth...I have a 55" LG OLED in my home cinema and thought I would buy a smaller model for the family lounge, until I saw the price! So I looked up the next best thing, LG QNED, and was surprised that in reviews it comes out as being brighter and less reflective than an OLED so is good for rooms that gets lots of sun (my family lounge) or have a lot of light sources after dark. Conclusion: If your room is like mine, consider paying a bit more for the 43" QNED?
