I have this machine - it was £549 a couple of weeks ago at John Lewis with a 5yr warranty.

It seems great and my only two gripes are a) because of its energy rating, most washes take a lot longer (just like my dishwasher) & b) only 2 of the programmes can take advantage of the 13kg limit. The AI wash for example can only take 5kg of dry clothes.

Is very quiet and extremely stable (I had a Sammy 7kg and it was all over the place).

I wonder what the physical size of this beast is?

Just me but its not got the adjustment for EZ fill system to add more/less liquid? (soft water/Hard water area) but from the link Horrorwood linked too it shows it in manual, hmmm

Manuals often show functionality for multiple machines.

awful reviews on all washing machines these days since the yanks bought all the good brands up. Always check the negative reviews online before you cross your fingers. Id rather go down to the local river and handwash then deal with these crooks.

I've got the 12kg one of these, really happy with it now I worked out how to adjust the ez dispenser. I find that using those in wash fresh booster things like unstoppables is a bit better for having things smell nice if that's your jam, but I also found out you can have one side of the dispenser can have bio liquid and the other one non bio which is cool. You want thinner liquids, it doesn't seem to like thick washing gels or the thicker fabric conditioner, only used it as a tumble dryer once and the load was washed and dried but it was about 4 or 5 hours so I stick to my heat pump dryer instead. But I'm well happy with it, I'd recommend it, heavy users of machinery like this here with a family of 8
