After X10 Pro Omni was released, it received such an enthusiastic reaction that sales far exceeded our expectations and as a result, current supply can't meet the overwhelming demand. Our factory is increasing production to meet the high number of orders as soon as possible.
However, we currently estimate that shipping may be delayed by up to a month and start to be dispatched from 15th April 2024. Since you paid for X10 Pro Omni in full during the pre-sale period, you'll get priority shipping. We will send you X10 Pro Omni as soon as we can.
