Probably the best deal available at the moment for a the LG OLED65G36LA. Note SB code (-20%) does not work on soundbar package only on the standalone TV. The SB code should be for TVs over 70" but it still works for this. Also, you can't stack the new member 5% but the normal 2% discount does apply.

I have the 55" G2 in my office and it's lovely. Tempted with the G3 for the living room, but part of me feels daring and wants the 83"

The 83" doesn't have the MLA panel btw which is a nice extra, the 77" does tho so there's a middle ground (edited)

I have a Blue Light Card account, which shows 20% off OLED TV's on the LG website. However, when I generate a code and paste it in the voucher part of the LG.com checkout, it says:

"(code)" is a code that is not available on the product or is not valid."

Does anyone have a fix for this please?

You can only use two discount codes. £1440 is truly an amazing price for this model.

The discount previously worked on the soundbar bundle, so I'm finding it hard justifying the purchase without the soundbar

Yeah I missed out too, but that's all water under the bridge. If you compare to G2 prices last year (e.g. on price runner) you can gauge if this is a good price.

Managed to get this deal when the code worked with the soundbar package, I ummm'd and arrrr'd between the C3 and the G3 for a long time, have to say the I was more than happy when I pulled the trigger on the 65" G3 it's truly an awesome tv

You can get this on Amazon for £1781 as well, which is OK deal. The way I judged it was to look at the price history of the previous flagship, the G2 about about the same timeframe on something like Pricerunner. You might be able to beat this somehow, but I'm betting that'll be the exception rather than the rule . Just my opinion BTW ;-) (edited)
