About this deal

Description
The entire collection from the 'Men Behaving Badly' team. The first series of Simon Nye's popular sitcom starred Martin Clunes as Gary, Leslie Ash as Deborah, Caroline Quentin as Dorothy and a soon-to-be-replaced Harry Enfield in 'Intruders', 'The Bet', 'Alarms and Setbacks', 'Animals', 'Sex and Violence' and 'My Brilliant Career'. The second series introduced Neil Morrissey as Tony in the episode 'Gary and Tony'; and was followed by 'Rent Boy', 'How to Dump Your Girlfriend', 'Troublesome 12 inch', 'Going Nowhere' and 'People Behaving Irritatingly'. Series three sees the usual suspects up to their usual capers in 'Lovers', 'Bed', 'Casualties', 'Weekend', 'Cleaning Lady' and finally 'Marriage' in which Gary proposes to Dorothy after consuming a litre and a half of Chianti. In the fourth series things get slightly more serious (?) in 'Babies', when Gary and Dorothy decide to have children, but it isn't long before they are reconsidering. This was followed by 'Infidelity', 'Pornography', 'Three Girlfriends', 'Drunk', 'In Bed with Dorothy' and in 'Playing Away', Dorothy and Tony discover an irresistible (and alcohol-fuelled) mutual attraction while Gary and Deborah are away on a writing weekend. The fifth series sees all change in 'Hair', when Tony returns from travelling the globe sporting some hirsute 'face furniture' - only to discover that Dorothy has moved in with Gary in his absence! This was followed by 'The Good Pub Guide', 'Cowardice', 'Your Mate v Your Bird', 'Cardigan', 'Rich and Fat' and in 'Home Made Sauna', Debs and Dorothy go away for the weekend - so Gary and Tony invite the girls next door over for the evening. Finally, the sixth series sees the lads settling down in 'Stag Night', 'Wedding', 'Jealousy', 'Watching TV', 'Ten' and 'Sofa'.

Loved this series. The number of things that happened I sat shaking my head thinking we did that ! And That ! And that ! Ditto with Likely Lads. Its because both series just made comedies based on young lads lives where we'd all been there before

    They weren't actually that young.

Clunes and Morrissey were both 30 when their first appearances were shown in 1992.

James Bolam was 29 and Rodney Bewes 27 when they first appeared on "The Likely Lads" in 1964.

Obviously may have been a year younger when they filmed these first shows. (edited)

Poor old Harry Enfield didn't even get on the cover. Could have put him in the corner or something.
This wasn't his best series though TBF.
