Again, I don't usually buy these sort of albums, but with such a great track listing i went ahead and purchased. Plus, in the deal is Stereophonic Performance and Cocktails Orange Vinyl

    "from the last 100 years"

Erm you mean from the 80's & 90's (which accounts for about 90% of the tracks).

Some banging tunes in there though.

Glad I won't be around for the 200 year edition packed with the guff that's been released for the past 10-15 years!

The 80 were not 10 or 15 years ago. More like 40. (edited)

I too don't go for compilations, but the tracks are too good for the £££ so ordered this, the James/orchestar album on black vinyl and 3 for £55 as well.

I’ve got this, it’s a rare hit for a compilation and a right hoof in the nostalgia

There are some very good songs there, but oh boy do I feel old for still owning all those records from the first time round.

I still think some of those songs are from 10 years ago, then I realise it’s 25+ years

Excellent album - I have just received from HMV. Amazing track listing and love the bright blue vinyls!

Definitely recommend finding something else in their 50% sale, to take the total over £20 to get free shipping (there are still some great albums in there)

£1 cheaper (when you throw in the postage cost) on HMV's ebay store too. Handy if you have a voucher code to take some off as well. ebay.co.uk/itm…172

Maybe best just to add another Album or a cheap CD

I just added the James Album and 3 more for £55 which were on my wishlist

I thought it was a wind up at first but it's re-issued next week.

    Track two is a doozy

Played the Anthemic one today, sound quality changes from track to track but it does have the odd decent song
