Topcashback will beat Quidco rate - subject to t&c I haven't read.
If you contract via TCB around time of this post or until offer[s] change, the independent archives below may be useful for reference:

I'm an existing customer (6 years) and the customer service/retention has really gone down the pan in the last year. They just ignore complaints and close them without dealing with them.

Topcashback will match Quidco. I got them to do this last year. Although 8 months on and cashback is still pending though. Hopefully not much longer to wait.

Just signed up to Onestream through TCB compare for a similar price but I have to use my own router. If you have a router from them it's £4 to £5 / month extra , depending on spec. Good deal OP

Check the small print, with Onestream you get signed up to 'free' trials without your consent which then become chargeable. Make sure you opt out before its too late!

This lot were charging my dad £46.50 a month. He isn't tech savvy checking emails due to his age. Luckily I checked his emails before they had the chance to keep billing him at that rip off price.

    He's not with them anymore!

They did that to me and I have the email that if I don't do anything at renewal, I would continue paying what I'm paying. Checked my statements recently and they have been charging me more £46.50 and they won't refund me or give me that contract. It's a shame as they were alright most of the time. Thinking of going 5g router and sim route. (edited)

I switched over from Now to Brsk broadband, probably worth checking if it's available in your area because £30 a month for 1Gb or £25 for 500Mb symetrical is a great deal if you need the speeds.
Now really didn't give a hoot about customer loyalty or retention when it came to my contract renewal.

Been with Now about 3 years ish and it was sound for first few years but this year it’s gone downhill, wifi is crap don’t even reach kitchen now.

I wouldn’t bank on any cash back via any of the sites as they’ve gone downhill as well.

Contract is up in December so I’ll be moving to full fibre either with Vodafone or Plusnet (edited)

Was with them last year. Out of all the providers I’ve been with, Now has been the worst.

Payments were a mess, switched banks and it took three calls to sort it out. In then end I just opted to pay them via PayPal.

My actual broadband speeds would randomly drop to 0.5mbps, which is useless when I’m trying to work from home. Interestingly always in the morning.

And finally, I found it nigh on impossible to actually get to speak to someone. The actual hoops you have to jump through to report a fault are ridiculous.

    Great deal.

If anyone is interested Plusnet have started doing FTTP

Signed up for 500Mbps at about £23 after cashback & voucher. Sky refuse to do me a new user deal online.

Have haw Now Broadband since, 25 April 2023, still no payout from TCB. Messaged their support a fortnight back, who offered me half the amount I was due.

To counter the negative comments here’s my experience of Now BB and Quidco

I bought an additional booster from eBay for £40 (Sky SE210 iirc) and speeds round the house are consistent.

Happy with mine for £23 a month, the cashback is a bonus if it comes, for me its 12 month contract so in 9 months I can look for another deal, anything is better than Virgin. (edited)

I know this is a little off topic but anyone know of any good deals for broadband and anytime calls? I'm with Sky and the prices are creeping up. Considering keeping the TV with them but switch to another broadband/phone provider. Other issue is Sky use Voip so unless I find someone who has voip too I would lose my number. Thanks in advance. I was considering Nowtv but from what I've read here it seems pretty pants.

Do you need unlimited anytime calls? Or just an allowance of calls you can use anytime? If you have an idea of how many minutes you might use it would help me find something for you.

Most providers still have landlines included and let you upgrade your package to include anytime calling plans. They just don’t show up on comparison sites.

Onestream, Vodafone, Shell Energy, Virgin Media, BT, EE are just a few examples where you can add calls to your broadband for somewhere in the region of £8 a month to the cost of your chosen broadband package. All of the above use VoIP now where you plug in to the back of the router. It’s literally just TalkTalk and Now TV who still actively use the analogue phone lines these days. Meaning if you switch to this you would lose your number anyways.

For individual VoIP providers, A&A are £1.44 a month line rental and 1.5p per minute for pay as you go calls if you’re not using too many outgoing calls each month. Otherwise Vonage for home is probably your best bet if you need that fixed allowance of calls included at all times for a set monthly fee.
