Can this charge a laptop, as my laptop has a 65W charger.

No probably not as this uses Oppo's proprietary charging tech to deliver the full wattage, whereas your laptop probably uses USB PD.

99.5% of people aren’t bigclive, able to tear down power supplies and identify unsafe designs. And if one in 200 power supplies burns a house down, then 99.5% of people have a positive experience. Doesn’t mean that’s an acceptable risk.

This is the same technology used by OnePlus phones, so it will be able to charge them at 67W as well (if the phone supports it).

Purchased this thinking a 67w charger was a 67w charger but this doesn't fast charge my Poco phone (5530 mA original charger and cable,1500 mA oppo charger/my original cable)

It won't work. This is a proprietary charger for BBK group of phones (Oppo, OnePlus, Realme). It uses a higher ampage to get to 67w. I think you need PD or Quick Charge standard for yours

67w works fine with OnePlus Pad using Supervooc cable supplied with Pad.
My 67w has manufacture stated as YOHOO, which I did find as one of three manfactures used by Oppo in a certification doc on the Oppo.com website, so either genuine or very good copy.
