I see apple greed here. Only giving sufficient ram so you have to upgrade in the near future.

You can get a 4060 ti with 16gb of ram, but it'll be a much worse card, and you'll get much more value for money and longevity with this.

The 4070 ti and 4070 ti super benchmarks showed that the extra 4gb ram doesn't even affect performance that significantly.

If you want to save money on pure performance get an AMD card, but if you want the AI stuff, the ray tracing, and the power efficiency (the last is important for me, as i'm off grid) get Nvidia.

People talk about GPUs being expensive, but computers last so long these days. I plan to keep my computer at least 8 years and upgrade the GPU after 4 (or maybe 6)

Imagine having the same computer from 1992 to 2000, or 2008 to 2016. Sure GPUs were cheaper, but you were spending a lot more, and replacing them more often.

Tbh a 4060 with 8gb ram can be had for just over 200 pounds with ebay vouchers, and should last 2 to 4 years, and you save so much using steam compared to buying games on console.

Decent deal. I think I'd it had been posted a week ago it would be getting more heat. The deal for the OC 4070ti with triple fans for £540 a few days back has probably cooled things down a bit (no pun)

I want to upgrade so much... but I made a mistaken on taking a 8gb card 3 years ago, I dont want to make the same mistake with 12gb. I wonder how far is the 50 series...
