Almost all my transactions have tracked and been paid. On the odd occasion I've had to raise a claim and most have been successful. Quidco get some bad feedback on this website due to transactions not tracking etc and I suspect it's mostly due to people not configuring their browser properly.

Same here - Quidco are by far the most reliable, I've had a 100% tracking and payout rate - almost £1000.

For anybody experiencing issues with tracking and thus with payouts - I would recommend just installing a separate web browser for the sole purpose of cashback via TCB/Quidco etc etc.

As an example, I use Chrome for my daily browsing, visting HUKD - however, my Chrome browser is also filled with cookie blocking extensisons and an adblocker (uBlock Origin - highly recommended) which could easily prevent correct tracking. (which these cashback websites need to correctly track your cashback)

Whenever I fancy the need to go through Quidco to eventually hit the buy button, I simply jump into Safari and complete the purchase by logging into Quidco and following the usual process.

Pretty similar experience as me… started using it before 2014 - first year alone had over £1.5k back and used it for holidays and even quidco opinions - completed their surveys…. Thought it was great.

More and more cashback started to get declined - raise a claim - and for no reason went nowhere…. Or i’d get a payout lower than the tracked… The last straw was a £100 cashback from Richersounds and £10 Currys that declined in the same month - even though no vouchers were used….

Use topcashback only now…. Much more reliable and as a bonus the rates are usually higher (although i found the payout rewards as a voucher not as good)

Quidco have struggled maintaining EXISTING members, who have cottoned on to their tricks in avoiding cashback.

So now they're on the hunt for NEW members!

    Awww!!!!

I'm finished with quidco went from being the best cashback company to absolutely awful . Never pay out any promised cashback. I've gone to a much more reliable alternative

I have no issues with Quidco cashbacks tracking or paying out.
I've had at least 10 bonuses in the last year, some quite generous ones, and all have paid where I've made an eligible purchase.

My only issue with Quidco is with the lower cashback rates offered to regular members.
I've noticed a steady transition in the last couple of years.
Quidco used to offer similar rates to TCB, now the rates are often up to 25% lower for the same retailer.
I refuse to pay for Premium, so I'll use whichever cashback site offers the higher rates.
Most often these days, it's TCB.

I'm another customer who has made close to £2.5k over the years. The smaller purchases always track but it's the big ones that pretty much always get declined!

As a regular user in the past, I'm surprised that somebody from Quidco isn't tracking if long term customers have changed their buying habits and haven't made a purchase through their platform if previously they made lots of purchases!

I now use TopCashBack and it's soooooo much better and they pay out quicker too!

Come on Quidco, you should be looking after your loyal customers as it's us that have lined your pockets for many many years!!!

for some reason they they have closed my account ! and when asked why , they say its technical issue . Useless company and dont ever expect any cashback from these guys.

Bet they didn’t transfer your cashback onto a new account!

They close accounts randomly without any justification.

Best not to leave cashback in the pot, and not to let too much accumulate….although quite difficult as it takes several months until it’s in the status to withdraw.

Nice to see that even after my rant above that Quidco have simply declined to even comment or attempt to send me a personal message on here!

That says it all for me!!!
