    The page link doesn't work for me but there are a couple more ads on Ali for this handheld for between £21 and £22.

    I have collected a few of the cheap Chinese radios and they are all about the same and quite capable. The differentiation between them is how good their UI is and how easy it is to get them set up - whether directly through the keypad or by link to a PC. I usually buy them, try them out and then give them away.

    Thanks to favourable topography I can work a 70cms repeater about 9 miles away off the standard little supplied antenna using a cheapo Baofeng or Retevis. I might give one of these a go for a bit of fun.

    I posted this not only to make a change from Quansheng and Baofeng but imo is good solid brand and mainly for greater frequency range without having to programme. Please correct me if I am wrong in my thinking.

    Shame they dont do a nice radio scanner, used to love to go to the airport and listen to the pilots etc
