This deal caused a lot of heat and a considerable pro and con discussion a few weeks back. I tried to unexpire the original deal but hotukdeals was not having it.

This time the bike is available in 3 sizes - small, medium and large in raspberry. It is also available in limited sizing in grey. I know some people previously tried to get this but were unable to so here is your second chance.

Here is the link to the previous deal:

ABOUT THE TURBO COMO SL 4.0

Como SL is a sporty and comfortable electric cruiser with an easy-to-step-through frame that makes hopping on a breeze. So whether you’re heading to the beach or downtown for happy hour, the freedom to ride is just a pedal stroke away.

These electric cruisers prioritize comfort and ease of use. The Como SL also has fenders to keep you clean and dry, plus a front basket to help transport gear, groceries, or Fido. Fix two panniers on the rear rack-fenders for extra cargo and hit the lights for visibility day or night. It has everything you need to hop on and go.

The Turbo Como Super Light’s sophisticated design is ready to go whenever you are - day and night, rain or shine - with battery-powered integrated lights, fenders, and plenty of storage capability. The 320Wh battery is securely hidden in the downtube, making it almost indistinguishable from a regular bike at first glance. I got the sl 5 - good bike.
I’m a road cyclist and regularly push myself however wanted something that I could load up and assist me on the commute

52328119-ixPEG.jpgGot rid of the front basket on mine. Also have a black rear pannier now - yellow one clashed !! I bought a generic eBay dyno light holder and attached it onto bike

The large is right on limit for me at 189cm tall (edited)

What do you mean by limit - is it almost too big or almost too small?

I wonder why they decided to install mid drive motor on this bike.

Virtually every Ebike over a £1000 uses a mid drive motor as they're usually more efficient and feel better than a cheap hub.

My husband bought one last time in a large & he loves it. I had the Vado 5, both great bikes

Amazing deal. I have the turbo Vado 4 SL and paid full price for it. It is a really well built bike, and the SL = Superlight still feels like a bike even when the battery is flat, which is different from the Bosch bikes I tried, they felt more like tanks. Range depends on level of assistance but definitely enough for a 15 mile commute there and back on the highest setting. I enjoy having good lights without having to charge them separately.

I think this is one of the main things about ebikes. Once you are powering a 250W motor then 1-5W lights are almost nothing.

Having said that, plenty of ebikes don't have lights which is crazy. And I don't just mean DIY ebikes used by bike couriers.

The lights on the Como are definitely bright enough to see and to be seen. It also has reflective sidewalls on the tyres.

any background to this deal? it looked good and i missed it sadly.

my partner has ms and she thinks her balance would be ok enough for the small of these as they've a low centre of gravity and of course motorised - but we can't find as good a deal

These electric bikes are a bit like buying a stairlift; at some point essential, but I feel I ought to resist as long as possible.

Why does it state in the bike sizing pedals 'Not Included' ?? Kind of defeats having a pedal cycle really!

It has disappeared now. Sounds like a glitch. I will expire the deal again. Perhaps worth you keeping an eye on the Evans site in case it reappears.

The Raspberry Red is a beautiful colour.

However, Specialized Raspberry colour touch up paint is hard to find off the shelf.

The other option is nail polish. This one is a perfect match and is great for those little nicks, dinks and scratches.
