    Used this when my Check Engine light came on and using an ODB reader, it turned out to be a blocked DPF. Put it in with a full tank of fuel and after a few miles of motorway driving, the flashing light went to solid, so it clearly does work. Then cleared the code on the ODB reader and the light didn't come back on. Job done for a fiver, what's not to like?
