Been looking for a decent little work laptop and i think this suits my requirements well. Granted not everyone will use the touchscreen, but having used a laptop with touchscreen at work, i appreciate the benefit of having it.

So I am not currently upto date with computers but I did my best to compare the two, and this deal here is the better one in my opinion. The chipset processer is slightly better. The graphics is the same as is the display, and the warranty is a little longer. I upgraded the ram and SSD to 16gb and 512 for £187 with windows 11 pro (also a benefit over win 11 home) I think and ordered this one. Hope this helps
having used one of these daily for the last 3 years, they're pretty decent. only real complaint is that the hinge on mine isnt the best, but it still works fine.
would definately pay £150 for it now. i paid £320, i think for mine

Just purchased a Dell Latitude 7400 with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, for the same price. Some marks on outer lid but excellent battery condition and very fast in use. (edited)

Ordered this for my mum, shes been saying her one is very slow (very old one) hopefully this one will be better, will be mainly used for browsing and FacebookIf it’s 8gb then will struggle if she has many tabs open. Do clean install rid bloatware.
Where does it say it’s a touchscreen?When we bought this morning 10am it said touchscreen as on OP description and it’s on my eBay invoice.
However seller has changed description so if you need touchscreen u can send back without postage as it’s wrong item.- I cannot see anywhere that it says this is touchscreen.Was in description but seller must have changed it? OP needs to amend as we have bought no touchscreen version.

- I bought this (non-touchscreen) from the same seller in January. I originally ordered a higher specification (i7 and 16GB RAM) but asked for a cancellation and ordered this instead. Excellent customer service, packaged carefully and shipped promptly.
The laptop itself is in very good condition. I'm gifting it to a relative and I think this specification is ideal for general browsing, work, and streaming. The body itself is really compact so I bought a 13" sleeve and it just about fits. Latitudes are robust so this should last some time. I've already opened it up to swap the palmrest and keyboard to a USA layout and it's so easy to upgrade it. You get a lot for the money! (edited) - Not sure why this is so hot as it not touchscreen anymore?? Many on eBay similar price and specs??I think this is a proper refurb as it’s cleaned up and repaired where necessary. Itll be close to new condition.
Most other “refurbs” are just second hand laptops which have not even had a wet wipe across them. - Am I missing something. 8th series i5 Dells on eBay from under £100Link?

If you upgrade the memory to at least 16GB. At 8GB it will most likely just run the software.- Considering this is a business class laptop with a still potent quad core CPU, the rest is very upgradeable, easy recommend.
