About this deal

Price reduced from £529

  • The first Galaxy Z Fold from Samsung was a game-changer.
  • Four generations on, and the Z Fold 4 is made to do even more.
  • This redesign sees an even more immersive screen thank to smaller bezels, a slimmer hinge means it folds up even smaller than before, and yet it’s stronger, with tough glass and IPX8 water resistance.
  • Take stunning shots at any hour with a brilliantly-detailed 50MP wide camera with Nightography.
  • When closed, its 6.2” screen can be used like a normal mobile, or unfold it to reveal a 7.6” Dynamic AMOLED 2x display for a seamless tablet experience.
  • Giving you the best of both worlds.

Still got my Z Fold 4, bought on release in August 2022. Battery is still excellent given its size and functionality, and im a heavy user. Only thing I've had to replace is the screen protector for the full open screen, but that was always a given. That said, applying one properly with zero bubbles randomly forming is a science. I've gone through at least 4 screen protectors trying to get it right but simply can't. The only downside practicality wise is how narrow the front screen is which can make it difficult to type as the keyboard is obv narrow too. Overall the best phone I've ever had and worth every penny.

How much were the screen protectors?

Love my Fold 4. I'm not sure I'll ever go back to a candy bar phone.

This is a lot of phone for not much money today, from well known source, and if not happy you can return ♨️

Wish it was fold 5 for that price, honor magic v2 is impressive, the price is a big let down

I got my V2 for £738 brand new via Three.

They are really trying to shift this.

Bought mine from giffgaff last year at £599 for a 'like new' device. While not perfect, it's still a great phone for £499.

I've had my fold4 9 months now and absolutely love it. Thought it was going to be gimmicky at first but having a big screen for multi tasking is next level. Only disappointment is camera but otherwise would never go back to a candy bar phone.

Been tempted by their refurbs but seeing a lot of horror stories on trust pilot type review sites has put me right off. Specifically about people buying folding phone's like this and being told it's a pay to repair job if the screen develops any issue like these foldable phones are more prone to (black bar down middle of crease etc)

They are fragile devices so not for everyone. One thing is I tried to sell my Flip3 to CEX and they wouldn't take it as I had removed the thin plastic screen protector film, saying it invalidated any warranty. I can find no evidence to validate this.

Does the 12m warranty cover issues with inner screen?

Looking at reviews mentioning issues with refurbished folding phone's here it doesn't look good...

Love my Fold4, but the inside screen protector has started to peel. So may have to take it off completely.

Its also a hefty beast. Its chunky and HEAVY.

Tempted to switch to the Honor V2 when it drops below £1000.
