Refurbished Era 300. I’ve ordered refurbished from Sonos in the past and they’ve arrived looking brand new!

May be good for music but too many issues for Surrounds, sent mine back. Will consider another system when I upgrade next.

Hope whoever purchases gets one where the front plate is aligned properly. (edited)

I have a playbar and a play 1, work great. Treated myself to an Era 100. Sent it back 3 days later, issues upon issues with Alexa, Sonos voice control not installing (failing at 99%) and just dropping out of the network. Forums littered with complaints about this stuff too. Been going on for many months with no fix and just vague “it’s being worked on, no ETA” promises.
Not what you expect from a “premium” brand
